Ocean Mist Theme and Mint

I trolled through the various themes they have for WordPress and finally decided to go with this one for now. Its simple, and I like it. It was created by Ed Merritt and I tend to give credit where credit is due – but I’m yankin your tracker.

I will be more than happy to leave the link in at the bottom of the page for you Mr Merritt, but don’t really want your minty goodness in my site. Sorry. Yanking that one out – I understand your desire to track these things but I don’t really like that and I think its a tad mischevious to have it in there like that.

For those of you not in the know, Mint created by Shaun Inman is a wonderful tool for website tracking.. It’s wholesome goodness in all flavors, and in my mind to have someone elses mint tracker in my website is not really acceptable.

I also find myself having to make quite a lot of edits and alterations to the CSS to make it not only work the way I want it to but also make it fully IE complaint. Just little stuff, but easy fixes. I may completely rehash his CSS.

This is a good starting theme for me but I probably should create my own.

Were you able to fix the issue of it not showing archives beyond 10… and not showing previous entries on the front page?
