Lol - join the club.

There are some days when I wonder whether or not the Apple Fan Club is a religion of some sort. Many of them seem to have an emotional attachment to Apple. I'm told by a convert (that I managed to reason with) that the reason why so many of them love Apple is because they remember the days when Apple was nearly bankrupt. They still have a very reactionary mentality even though Apple is in good financial shape.

What I really dislike (and I develop for the iPhone) is Apple's secrecy and draconian developer policies (look up section 3.31 iPhone on Google). Plus their AppStore's control is just, well crazy.

There was a time when Apple advertised itself as an ethical alternative to Windows. Now Apple has had a chance to prove themselves and they are worse. Not to mention, the Apple Tax is alive and kicking strong. Check out the new Macbook Pro if you don't believe me - $1800 US for medium to low end hardware.
