The game completely sucks. Starcraft 1 was a good game FOR IT’S TIME. In the meantime, for the last 12 years we learned that you can have more fun with a deeper strategy and less repetitive micromanagement. Starcraft 2 did the opposite, while milking 8 years old engine. That’s why the graphics suck. You just can’t make a great looking game on a 8 years old engine. And the style itself is bad. In sc1 zealots looked dangerous, now they look like star wars jar-jar-binks (with a lightsaber too). All Disneyfied. You’d think it would be a logical move from Blizzard to make all the workers go for the minerals at the start of the game automatically. But not only they didn’t make it so, but they added for each race stupid repetitive process of clicking the same button whenever you gather enough energy (mule/chronosphere/puke). There’s no choice there, no strategy, no brain, just click on the same buttons over and over again. How interesting…

As soon as I have to do over and over again same thing, the strategy game stops, and the work begins. I’d rather bore my self to death while making money.

The first 5 minutes of the game are always the same. I can guarantee I could make the script which would be able to beat everybody in the first 3 minutes. Just let the AI go for the rush, bring all the workers and attack with a perfect distribution every time (which is impossible for any player). There, a perfect Starcraft 2 script of a player. Just dumb crap for even dumber people training their APM. Go play online flash shooter games, it’s faster and the end result is the same and it costs less then 150$ (it’s free), and there’s less repetition.

I played SC1 many years ago as a casual player, and had an awesome time. The past couple days, I’ve played a few dozen games of SC2 on a friend’s account, and got roflstomped over and over. Maybe it’s because while I dropped SC1… 10 years ago, these uber players latched on to it like rats to a bit of moldy cheese.
In short, SC2 multiplayer has been a completely awful experience for me as a casual gamer, and I have no plans at all to continue playing.

I came across this, and while it may be a little late on the response, you saying that sc1 is unbalanced makes me want to slap you. Sc1 is by far the most balanced strategy game with multiple races. If you say that the terran are overpowered i call you an idiot. In order to avoid a nuke, all you have to do is keep a mobile detector in your base and find the ghost when he launches. You are horrible, and stupid. You obviously have to be, or you would be able to find a counter for anything is starcraft. douche

Razer really is a piece of crap. Truth must be told. While everyone goes google-eyed and are salivating at their products, their products would just crap out on them in the next second. I’m going to see how long my new deathadder 3.5g holds out. If I get a year for the $65 I spent for this mouse ($65 on a fricking mouse??? WTF??? I never spent so much on a fricking mouse… all my mice before were either free or less than 20 bucks!!!), then I’m considered lucky. Sorry I was ranting there. Mesage to Razer — RAZER WAKE THE FUCK UP AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS, OR ELSE WE’LL BOYCOTT YOU, WE THE CUSTOMERS WHO MADE YOU WHO YOU ARE!!! STOP TRYING TO MILK THE SHIT OUT OF US WITH FANCY PACKAGING/ADVERTISING AND MAKING YOUR PRODUCTS LAST 6 MONTHS SO THAT WE’LL SPEND ANOTHER $70-150 BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN!!! lol.. ok… he turtled because it was 2 vs him. he had a total of two bases. you and your partner used up every last mineral on the map and yet still lost.. and to make it worse, he was lolnuking you two while he was reading a magazine probably.

with that information… all the race imbalances that have ever existed in starcraft 1 or 2 put together do not justify the fact that you lost… the only reason you lost is because you are both absolutely horrendous. like so bad they need to create a new league for you. maybe the paper n’ plastic league or some shit like that lol.
